​Anchored on the theme “PAGBAKUD: Securing the Future Through Leadership, Governance, and Service,” the Students Transforming Governance (STG) Philippines Caravan 2026 will feature distinguished speakers Dr. Michville A. Rivera, Ph.D. and Mr. Lui Joshua N. Cuadra, who will deliver key insights on civic responsibility, ethical leadership, and participatory governance.
